To reserve a timepiece, or order a bespoke item, we encourage you to contact Luxe directly using our Contact Us page, we aim to respond to any enquiries at our earliest convenience.

All the items purchased from Luxe include our distinctively designed box and international warranty booklet, as well as the timepiece manufacturers particulars, unless stated otherwise, in the individual sale of the timepiece. All bespoke timepieces and jewellery are inclusive with the Luxe International Sales Warranty and certificate.

We provide our bespoke timepieces with exceptional quality, identically comparable to their factory models produced by their respective brand manufactures, utilising the same materials (e.g., 18K white gold, 950 platinum and colourless natural diamonds), at a fraction of the price (e.g., AP ROO Ref.26473BC RP: €800,000.00, we sell the same timepiece bespoke for €89,500.00). We can guarantee our quality matches factory versions as we have access to the same labour techniques and materials. We can also guarantee timepieces, or any fine jewellery purchased within our network will not devalue substantially, as we receive a marginal markup from our sales prices. Each exclusive timepiece takes over 2 months for the in-house diamond sourcing, cutting, setting process and quality control. We further guarantee our pricing and quality will be unmatched by any other competitor company in the industry.

While Luxe is not an authorised dealer for any brand we may possess, all our original watch parts originate from authorised dealers and accredited industry wholesalers. Trademarks are rightfully owned by their respective brand owners; we do not have a direct affiliation. Every timepiece sourced is thoroughly inspected by Luxe’s in-house quality control department, confirming authenticity and the highest degrees of quality.

Any modification to a brands original timepiece will revoke the ability to have the timepiece serviced directly. This applies to all bespoke timepieces or jewellery items. At Luxe we provide services and maintenance at an incomparable price with an exceptional turnover time exclusively to our clients. Our in-house watchmakers and diamond setters will attend to your timepiece servicing immediately and aim to finalise the process within 24-48 hours, guaranteed. We will provide picture updates immediately during the progression of your timepieces service, ensuring any queries are answered every step of the way.

Every timepiece sold through our network uses a selfwinding mechanism, which is always serviced and thoroughly scrutinised by our in-house quality control department, ensuring the mechanism is in excellent condition. To guarantee continued accuracy and waterproofness, Luxe recommends returning your timepiece to our Service Centre for professional servicing every few years (3-5 years depending on care and usage). However, with Luxe’s watchmakers’ expertise and quality control department, we guarantee each timepiece sold will not require attention for nearly a decade (10 years), depending on the model and real-life usage.

Since we provide our servicing and maintenance at a substantially low value rate at expedited timeframes, we can only offer this service exclusively to customers that have purchased timepieces or jewellery directly within our network.

Our timepiece exterior components such as case, bezel, bracelet/strap, clasp, crown, pushers are brand new. Internal components such as mechanisms may be second hand sourced, however, serviced and scrutinised by our in-house quality control department to the utmost calibre, ensuring the used component conditions are functioning equally to its brand-new counterparts. Items under the fine jewellery section are always entirely brand new.

Luxe possess the ability to customise any timepiece or fine jewellery with exceptional turnover times. At Luxe, we appreciate our customers timepieces are important and hold both sentimental and individual values, therefore we strive to ensure parts provided by our customers are treated with the utmost care, customer satisfaction guaranteed. We recommend the customer to provide their requests with greater accuracy to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

For timepieces which are not currently in stock, order times may take longer in some cases up to 60 working days. We would require a 20% deposit from the final sales price to begin with the creation process of your preferred timepiece. Please contact us if you would like to check the approximate order time if you require any further assistance. If you would like to check the availability or have an order urgency, prior to purchasing, please contact us so that we can discuss and facilitate any of your special arrangements.

Upon payment confirmation, Luxe provides a same day consignment arrangement. Utilising same day handling times, 24–48-hour premium and insured delivery services provided by Brinks Global, UPS express, DHL Express, FedEx Express, or any other courier relative to our customers preference, subject to country destination. Customers may also opt to organise their shipments directly. High valued orders may be eligible for the personal VIP concierge delivery, in which, a Luxe representative will personally deliver your order upon payment confirmation within the same date of purchase.  

If your intended purchase is a surprise, please specify when fulfilling your order under the order notes. We would love to ensure our clients discretions are met for your special occasion requirements.

Our customers are eligible for refunds/returns however, they must be requested within 60 days of receiving the order, and exchanges within 60 days from the date of dispatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 60-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty, subject to our International Warranty policy.

You can help preserve your jewellery or timepieces lustre by cleaning occasionally with a microfiber cloth. You can also cleanse metal surfaces (except leather straps) from time to time using soapy water and a soft brush. After wearing your timepiece in the sea, it is important to rinse it with fresh water to remove any salt and sand deposits. Before cleaning your timepiece, always ensure that the winding crown is screwed down properly against the case to guarantee waterproofness (refer to the service directory, After Care section for further care tips).

The name of the original purchaser cannot be changed under any circumstances. Your details will be bound to your online portal profile, along with your respective orders. Please contact Luxe directly for further assistance.

All our timepieces, fine jewellery, gold, diamonds are authentic and natural, guaranteeing that the serial number on each timepiece has not been altered from their factory variants. Our timepieces may contain bespoke parts as stated. We strictly use VVS2-IF, D-F, colourless, graded excellent-cut natural diamonds, 18K gold (rhodium plated for durability and retaining lustre) and 950 platinum. Since we are not an authorised dealer for the brands we possess, we can offer substantially greater discounts than authorised retailers. Our bespoke timepieces are created with the factory versions in mind, maintaining the same quality with competitive prices. At present, we operate our services online, registered office in Mayfair, United Kingdom and certified as a verified dealer with several partnerships on various accredited auction platforms and marketplaces.

It is possible to view any timepieces or fine jewellery of interest at any point prior to the sale, conducted in a safe location, either at our official office located in Mayfair, London (UK), or through a personal video call. Bank transfer, Cryptocurrency, Credit/Debit Card or Cash. Please note we must receive cleared funds before any item can be released. Cash upon collection is accepted, however, both a Luxe representative and the customer will have to be present in an official banking establishment for security purposes. We can only ship the order to your billing address if you have placed your payment with debit/credit card for security purposes.
